How submissions will work (proposed)

Once approved, each submitted form will:

  1. Save a completed PDF copy to a designated OneDrive folder (per form type).
  2. Send an email notification to the Compliance team and the Quality team.
  3. Attach any supporting documents uploaded by the submitter (Certificate of Incorporation, W-9, resale certificate, quality certifications, etc.).
